Reporting to the General Manager, People, Culture & Wellbeing, you will provide administrative support and coordination of PCW matters to support the network and Company is achieving key people and culture outcomes.

This role could be equally rewarding for a high achieving Human Resource Coordinator looking to take the next step in their career, or an Advisor looking for a fulfilling new role.

As our new People, Culture & Wellbeing Coordinator, your focus will be:

  • Coordinate internal employment paperwork to ensure all transferring employees are provided with employment agreements, job descriptions, induction materials and all other applicable documentation.
  • Provide first line of enquiry advice and guidance to team members and Managers as required.
  • Ensure contracts are returned to payroll before employee commences employment HR
  • Monitor, respond or escalate people queries in a timely manner.
  • Accurately input data and support with the generation of People reporting. Ensure that key data and status updates are captured across various HR systems.
  • Induction and onboarding administration.
  • Maintenance of employee e-files.
  • Process invoices where required.
  • Identify opportunities to sustainably improve our internal processes and systems to realise efficiencies and improve the employee experience.

Supported by a talented, diverse and geographically dispersed team, you will be working in a supportive environment, where you will have the opportunity to learn and grow, have FUN and operate with a high level of autonomy. This role is hybrid with a mix of time in the office/WFH and Field.
