About the Role
At Repco we want to ensure that each customer has a great experience in store - As a Retail Assistant your key focus is to ensure this, from helping out the customer find the right product, processing the sale at the till, through to ensuring the shelves are adequately stocked and the store maintains it's high standard of presentation. You will also assist with processing stock, ensuring the shelves are adequately stocked, as well as ensuring the store maintains it's high standard of presentation.
Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone who enjoys dealing with people and providing a high level of service, ideally with previous experience within a retail or customer service environment - If you have an interest in automotive, that's a plus! You must be confident working in a retail/sales environment and dealing with a variety of customers. We provide full training on the products we sell, but it's essential that you bring a friendly personality and team-focused attitude.
